David Fenn is appointed Managing Partner
Top 25 UK chartered accountancy firm Wilkins Kennedy is pleased to announce the appointment of David Fenn as Managing Partner of the twelve-office, £27 million turnover firm, as of 1st May 2011.
He takes over the role from Colin Wiseman, who is standing down after 7 years to become Head of Business Development of WKRR, the restructuring and recovery arm of Wilkins Kennedy.
David Fenn, 57, joined Wilkins Kennedy at the age of 18 in 1971, and trained and qualified at the Southend office before becoming a partner in 1980 at the age of 26. In 2006 he was appointed Finance Partner taking responsibility for financial operations at the firm. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the expert witness institute.
David has personally developed a substantial client base specialising in construction and allied trades and will continue to be involved in his portfolio whilst working at the London Bridge headquarters.David says, “It has been a pleasure working alongside Colin over recent years, he has been instrumental in the development of our specialist services and in particular the restructuring and recovery department, which he will return to as Head of Business Development.”
